Barbara has been a practitioner in the personal growth field for many years, working with sandplay (adults and children), psychotherapy and therapeutic writing to guide clients into a deeper relationship with themselves.
Through recognising the limiting and habitual force of the conditioned mind, clients are supported to begin journeying beyond this place towards the terrain of their essential nature, gradually dissolving uncertainty and doubt with trust; constant pushing with a sense of natural will and strength; depression, shame and anxiety with deep value; and dissociation with groundedness.
